1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of Kulinia, available at kulinia.com and app.kulinia.com. Kulinia is an online service for composing a personalized recipe book, saving it, and optionally ordering a printed paperback book on demand. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Service description
Kulinia includes: • a visual editor to compose your book (cover and interior pages); • access without an account, with draft recovery after sign-up; • online save for registered accounts; • recipe import or entry, including from a photo; • printed book ordering (format, paper, finish, delivery). The service is provided as is. We may evolve features to improve experience or security.
3. User account
You may register with email and password, or via your Google account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Activity under your account is deemed yours unless you promptly notify unauthorized use at [email protected]. You must be of legal age or have parental/guardian authorization.
4. User content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of recipes, text, and images you upload. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and that your content does not infringe third-party rights. To provide the service, you grant us a limited license to host, reproduce, and transmit your content solely to operate the service and fulfill your orders. The Kulinia brand, website, editor, and graphic elements remain our property. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
5. Prohibited uses
You must not, in particular: • publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content; • attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; • use the service abusively or resell unauthorized access.
6. Availability and support
We strive for continuous availability, but interruptions (maintenance, incidents) may occur. Support is available at [email protected].
7. Liability
Kulinia is not responsible for content you enter or for consequences of non-compliant use. To the extent permitted by law, our overall liability is limited to the total amount you paid us in the last twelve (12) months for paid services. Specific terms for printed book purchases are set out in our Terms of Sale.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the application or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account for serious breach of these terms. Termination does not affect orders already paid for or legal data retention obligations.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
