2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process: Account • Email address, username, and password; • Google sign-in (identifier and email provided by Google); • Data required to sign in and secure your account. Your recipe book content • Recipes (titles, ingredients, steps, notes); • Cover texts and visuals; • Layout preferences (format, page arrangement); • Images you import. Print orders • Selected options (format, paper, finish, quantity, delivery zone); • Shipping address and related contact details; • Order reference and tracking; • A frozen copy of your book at checkout to ensure accurate printing. Navigation and usage (with your consent) • Pages visited, traffic source, and interactions with the service to improve the experience. Draft without an account • Before sign-up, your book may be stored locally in your browser. It is not sent to our servers until you create an account.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use your data to: • Provide the service (create, save, and sync your book) : contract performance; • Process orders and arrange delivery : contract performance; • Manage customer relations and support : legitimate interest; • Send emails related to your account or orders : contract performance; • Measure audience and improve the service : consent (analytics cookies); • Ensure security and prevent fraud : legitimate interest; • Comply with legal and accounting obligations : legal obligation. If you use recipe import from a photo, only the image you choose to analyze is sent for that purpose.
4. Recipients
Your data is processed by Kulinia and, where applicable, by service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payment, printing, delivery, email, audience measurement, referral program and commission payouts via Stripe Connect), strictly within the scope of their missions. We do not sell your personal data. We do not store your banking details: payment is handled by a secure payment provider. Some providers may be located outside the European Union. Where applicable, we ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
5. Cookies
We use a consent banner shared across the kulinia.com domain. Strictly necessary cookies Required for navigation, remembering your consent choices, and, where applicable, signing in to your account. Analytics cookies (subject to consent) They help us understand how the website and application are used (pages viewed, user journeys). Maximum duration: 13 months. • Account and book content: kept while your account is active; • After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless a legal retention obligation applies; • Order data: kept as long as needed for fulfillment, customer support, accounting, and legal obligations; • Analytics cookies: up to 13 months.
7. Your rights
