1. Purpose and scope
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of personalized print-on-demand recipe books ordered through app.kulinia.com. They apply to consumers. Kulinia may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or illegal content.
2. Products
The product offered is a color paperback book whose interior content and cover are defined by the customer in the Kulinia editor. Main characteristics: • Formats: A5 (148 × 210 mm) or A4 (210 × 297 mm); • Capacity: 32 or 48-page book; • Interior paper: standard or premium; • Cover finish: matte or glossy; • Quantity: one or more copies. A visual preview is available in the editor before ordering. At checkout, a frozen copy of your book is stored to ensure printing matches what you composed.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros, VAT included, before final order confirmation. Pricing depends on selected options (format, page count, paper, finish, quantity, delivery zone). Indicative example: A5 paperback, 48 pages, standard paper, matte cover, France delivery ≈ €54 VAT included. Only the amount shown at payment is binding. Kulinia may change pricing in the future; the applicable price is the one in effect at order time.
4. Order and payment
The checkout flow includes option selection, shipping address entry, and a VAT-inclusive price summary. The order is confirmed only after full secure online payment. Kulinia does not store your banking details. A confirmation email is sent to your account address. You can track order status from the application.
5. Production and delivery
Books are printed on demand by our partners, then shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery zones offered: France, Europe, rest of world (as shown at order time). Indicative timelines: production and delivery in approximately 5 to 7 business days, varying by destination. These timelines are not a guaranteed result in cases of force majeure or carrier delay. Shipping fees are calculated by zone and quantity and displayed before payment. Delivery is free from 3 copies.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under French consumer law (Article L221-28), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized. Because your book is composed by you (content, cover, options), it falls within this category: no refund may be claimed on withdrawal grounds once the order is confirmed. However, for defective products, damage on receipt, or printing errors attributable to the service, contact [email protected] with photos and order number.
7. Legal guarantees
You benefit from legal conformity and hidden defect guarantees under applicable law. For any claim: [email protected] within a reasonable time after receipt, with evidence identifying the defect (photos, description, order number).
8. Customer content
You are solely responsible for content inserted in your book (text, recipes, images). Kulinia may refuse or cancel an order with manifestly illegal or infringing content.
