Open referral dashboard1. Purpose
The Kulinia referral program allows registered users to recommend the service and earn a commission when their referee places their first printed book order.
2. Rewards
• Referee: −10% on their first printed book order. • Referrer: 15% of the VAT-inclusive amount actually paid by the referee on that first order. Percentages may change; the applicable rate is the one shown in your referral dashboard when the referee orders.
3. Attribution
The referee must sign up using the referrer's link or code. One referrer per account. Self-referral is prohibited.
4. Earning availability
Referrer earnings are credited as pending after the referee's first order is paid. They become available approximately 14 days after shipment, unless refunded or disputed.
5. Payouts
Referrers may request payout of available balance via Stripe Connect, subject to a €10 minimum and completed payment onboarding.
6. Anti-fraud
Kulinia may suspend or cancel earnings in case of suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or referee order refund.
7. Tax
Referral earnings may be taxable income. Referrers are responsible for their tax and social obligations.
